We are a small company of around 12; mostly web developers, web designers and one or two people who assist with admin and putting content on to websites. We know dealing with a lot of people can be both confusing and frustrating on occasions, which is why on a day-to-day basis you will only speak with one of us:
As well as managing the company, Richard is responsible for bringing on new clients and preparing proposals. He started working for himself on the web in 1996 and set up Websolve in 1997. He have a wealth of technical and commercial experience, gained from developing online businesses for clients along with setting up and running some of his own.
When not at work, he is am usually found cycling around Kentish lanes, playing racquetball or walking his black labrador, Baxter.
Sam joined us initially as a designer in 2010. In 2012 Sam became our Lead Designer, taking on responsibility for all our creative output. Sam is a very capable and gifted designer, adept at understanding a design brief and customer requirements. Sam can readily take a client’s vision and put it in the screen. Fingers crossed, then, that Sam doesn’t injure himself whilst skiing or hill walking!
